Recipe is good. Make sure you add the salt just before making it otherwise, it ends up with more water. I topped it with salsa verde and shredded lettuce to spice it up.

So simple, so quick and sooo tasty! This recipe is Mexican food at its best! Even a non-cook can make it and make it well. :)
