Banana Chocolate Cake recipe - How to make Banana Chocolate Cake

Ingredients

100 gms butter
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup plain curds (dahi)
3/4 tsp vanilla essence
1 mashed banana
1 1/2 cups self raising flour
1/4 cup cocoa powder
a pinch of salt
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup boiling water
Method


  1. Preheat oven to 180 c.
  2. Beat together butter and sugar, add and mix well.
  3. Mix in yoghurt and then banana and sifted dry ingredients.
  4. Sitr through baking soda dissolved in hot water.
  5. Pour mixture into a greased, lined cake pan (22 cm). (i use a ring pan)
  6. Bake for 30-40 minutes until cake tests cooked
